Cocktail Development, Production & Events Manager Wanted

Have a background in bartending but want an exciting role that involves working days, not nights? Well, we could have the perfect job for you... World of Zing is looking for someone who can look after both our Bottled Cocktail development & production, as well as acting as Brand Ambassador for our events and retail partner relationships. You will still be in the thick of the industry:

• Developing drinks with some incredible brands (including Bulleit, Tanqueray, Ocho, Pink Pigeon and more),
• Spending a considerable amount of time at our production facility in New Cross
• Customer facing during your ambassadorial duties at trade/consumer events & market stalls

Having recently successfully crowdfunded the business (www.crowdcube.com/worldofzing), World of Zing is growing rapidly, so this is a great opportunity for an ambitious bartender to be involved in an incredible long-term project that requires creativity, consistency and strong customer service. An understanding of RotaVaps, Sous Vides, Bitters and Acids would be favourable, but not essential. Pay is in the region of £25k + bonuses, and we need someone to start fairly soon.
