Who…/ The internationally acclaimed Hakkasan Group, who own the eponymously named chain of Chinese restaurants as well as the original Michelin Starred Yauatcha in Soho. Yauatcha City's kitchen is led by Chef Tong Chee Hwee, who holds a total of 12 years' experience with the group, initially as Head Chef of the original Hakkasan Hanway Place and then bringing his skill and creativity to the group globally as Executive Head Chef. The menu provides traditional Cantonese dishes with a modern influence, offering a wide range of steamed, baked, grilled and fried dim sum such as Scallop shui mai, Prawn and beancurd cheung fun and Venison puffs.
