Tell me more.../ The kitchen takeovers will run every Thursday and Friday from 11 February 2016, and kick off with Craig Broadhurst and his ‘Tem Ban' Thai dining experience. On the menu…/ With his previous cooking experience including The Begging Bowl and Smoking Goat, diners can expect some seriously exciting Thai dishes, including Deep Fried Grey Mullet and Star Fruit Saladand“Nam Prik Pao”; Shredded pigs' ears with burnt sour red chilli sauce; and “Hang Lae” pork belly curry with ginger and peanuts.   Having tried pretty much the entire menu, it's clear to see that Craig knows his way around Thai cooking.  Flavours are unapologetically bold with bursts of fresh herbs and chilli that simultaneously enrich and cleanse the palette with every mouthful. The Lido Cafe's bar team has also concocted two cocktails to accompany Tem Ban's vibrant dishes, including a refreshing Watermelon Bellini and a bold Tamarind Whiskey Sour.
