On the Menu.../ The first thing you realise is the vast amount of passion and care poured into creating each dish. Dishes include White crab on toasted charcoal sourdough, accompanied with a goat's cheese tarte tatin and a dash of truffle oil; and Ox cheek, slow roasted for 12 hours till the meat practically melts, paired with a delicious celeriac and mint yoghurt mash.
