To celebrate Frieze, Hoi Polloi has collaborated with Celia Hempton to curate a bespoke cocktail menu, which hopes to capture the spirit and and energy brought to London by the annual art fair.

Celia has drawn inspiration from peers to create a list of colourful drinks which reflect the vibrant personalities of those around her. Give these quick, easy and quirky cocktails a try:


The blue fade drink. Served straight up into a coupe glass with cherry herring and blue curacao layered at the bottom and garnished with a floating edible flower 30ml Tanqueray Gin 20ml Lemon juice 5ml Sugar syrup 10ml Cherry Herring 10 ml Blue Curacao


Jammy twist on a margarita , served straight up into a coupe. 30ml Tapatio tequila 25ml Lime juice 15ml Briotett Cassis 15ml Briotett Apricot 


A classic vodka martini garnished with olives 60ml Ketel one vodka 10ml Dolin dry vermouth


A smoky twist on a bloody mary, served in a tall glass over ice and garnished with lemon and rosemary. 50ml Vida mezcal 6 Dashes lea and perrins 3 Drops tabasco Pinch salt and pepper 35ml Beetroot juice 35ml Tomato juice


A twist on classic old fashioned with chocolate and orange notes. served over ice in a rock glass and garnished with two big cherries 30ml Bulliet Bourbon 15ml Grand Marnier 15ml Taylors Port 6 drops Mozart Chocolate Bitters All cocktails available during Frieze at Hoi Pollo - http://hoi-polloi.co.uk
