A Taste of Mauro Colagreco's Mirazur by Barullo 25th-28th October

From October 25th to 28th this year, Wines of Argentina will be bringing the culture of Argentina to Hoxton's JJ Studios with a festival celebrating Argentina's finest music, art, wine, and food. The event will bring contemporary dining from World-famous Argentinian Chef Mauro Colagreco, who is bringing his two Michelin-starred restaurant Mirazur to London for the first time ever. Guests can expect a four-course meal from Colagreco himself, with flavours inspired by the vibrancy of Argentina, such as Antarctic King Crab, Scallops, Pumpkin and Coconut milk and Patagonian lamb confit with sweet potato, dates, caramelized shallots and sesame sauce. Furthermore there will be chances to try out Argentina's best of the best wines. Two options of tickets are on sale, for both the full dinner experience or part experience. Street Feast's Winter Season

Street Feast's two food arenas have relaunched for the winter season. Hawker House and Dinerama have both reopened with brand new bars and traders - all undercover and heated - with enough food, booze and winter grooves to last an ice age. At Hawker House, the new food line-up features HotBox's sticky, eight-hour-smoked Pork Ribs, White Men Can't Jerk's award-winning WMCJ Signature Jerk Chicken and many more. Dinerama's favourites are joined by newcomer Farang and their winter menu. Upstairs has changed with an alpine lodge, crystal cocktail lounge and undercover wine garden.

Dinerama is open every Thu-Sat from 5pm - late (19 Great Eastern Street EC2A 3EJ).

Hawker House is open every Fri-Sat from 5pm - late (Canada Street SE16 7PJ).

Entry is free before 7pm and £3 after.

Goat House @ Viet Grill, Shoreditch.  Until Mid-November

In case you hadn't noticed, Goat is fast becoming the meat to eat.  Far tastier then lamb, the meat is particularly delicious when load up with spices so it's well worth heading down to the Goat House pop-up @ Viet Grill.  £30 gets you a five-course feast, including Satay marinated goat chops, an amazing coconut & goat curry, and an almighty finish of a Goat Steamboat - essentially, a huge broth loaded with slow-cooked meat, veg and super-fresh herbs.  Grab a couple of cocktails designed by the bar team at Little Red Staircase and life doesn't better! http://vietnamesekitchen.co.uk/viet-grill

Hoxtoberfest 20th - 22nd October

Starting on Thursday 20th and running through to Saturday 22nd October, Hoxtoberfest will be creating a multi-room Bavarian extravaganza, taking over a whole block of canal side warehouses and yards at Hoxton Docks. Herman Ze German will be on hand to deliver mouth-watering Germanic delights straight from the bratwurst grill with Berliner and Erdinger goodness on tap to wash it all down. If that's not enough, attendees can dive into the main warehouse, a live music space, decked out like a traditional Oktoberfest tent where they can stumble across a Berliner Pilsner bar plus much more. Rumfest 2016 22nd - 23rd October

Rumfest returns again to host a myriad of rum-related offerings with the spirit's leading brands and aficionados all packed into two days at London's ILEC. The programme will see rum tastings, seminars, incredible food and a party atmosphere to match, not to mention a new Sunday rum roast and special guests Levi Roots and Beach Bum Berry joining in on the celebrations. Tickets are now on sale from £39.50, including a VIP package priced from £69.50 which includes fast track entry, goodie bag and a three course Caribbean lunch. Skye Halla with Queen of Hoxton 22nd October -  end of March

Queen of Hoxton's Winter Wigwam will this year be transformed into a Nordic Viking stronghold complete with long boat, feasting hall inside a WigWam, fire pits, driftwood sculptures and a plenty of drinking horns. Skye invites you to escape modern life and join her band of noble savages celebrating a victorious battle. Raise a skål to Skye and enjoy Nordic nights filled with flowing mead, foraged cocktails, crackling fires, debauched deeds and decadent feasting. As always a series of immersive events and workshops specially curated to our theme will be on offer throughout the Winter. Big Apple Brixton 27th October - 1st of January

Opening on October 27th, Big Apple Brixton will host three themed indoor bars and one themed nightclub based on iconic venues from 1970s New York City. The rooftop venue will feature day and night parties, music line-ups including internationally renowned hip hop, disco and house artists, American street food vendors and seasonal cocktails.
