Alan has married the best of British with the an array of exotic chillies that Pritesh has sourced from Asia. You will try chillies such as
Naga chillies, super-hot with fruity flavour to
Facing Heaven 7 Star from China, clean heat with citrus hint.
The culinary journey will start with a selection of canapés including
Pheasant Tikka skewers with raita and
Corned beef & onion bahjis with piccalilli dip.
Then feast on exciting dishes such as
Curried venison masala and
Mutton Kofta Kari ball curry.
