With cuisine influenced by both Japanese and Latin communities, the menu from Executive Chef Paul Sowden is filled with raw seafood dishes and meaty things from the Robata grill.
Dishes include: Sea bass with soy, avocado, ikura and kizami nori; Lobster ceviche; Prawns with garlic, onion Aji Panca and lime teriyaki; and Chicken, red corn causa, crushed canchas and coriander crème fraîche.
An extensive array of South American wines jostle for attention with Oriental craft beers and unusual Japanese and South American spirits and liqueurs. Head Mixologist Andrew Houliston has also created a unique cocktail list inspired by the venue's eclectic origins.
