Pisco Embassy. Islington

Hot on the heels of the numerous Peruvian restaurants that have popped up across London in the last couple of years comes Pisco Embassy – the city's first bar dedicated to Peru's national spirit.

The 12 strong cocktail menu offers twists on Pisco classics such as the Embassy Punch and Chicha Sour alongside bespoke creations and home-made infusions designed by pisco expert Jose Franscisco-Modonese. With a licence until 5am and a Bolivian DJ playing a mix of commercial and South American music, the 100 capacity venue is the perfect place to head after dinner for a drink and a dance in a fun, laid back Latin atmosphere. Entry to Pisco Embassy, will require membership, and is available only to those 23 and over.  Pisco Embassy will take residence at Comedor Bar & Grill, a popular South America restaurant and bar, which specialises in cuts of beer, fish and other meat. 176 Upper St, London N11RG Opening times: Friday‐Saturday,12am-5am www.piscoembassy.london @PiscoEmbassy
