Shackfuyu

Fans of Bone Daddies and Flesh and Buns take note. This month the latest addition to the group will be popping on to the scene in the form of Shackfuyu, a temporary restaurant serving small dishes inspired by Japanese flavours and trends.

Shackfuyu - ‘Shack' meaning a rough and ready space, ‘fuyu' meaning winter. The idea being that the residency will run from this winter to the next.
The team are getting creative with the already existing pizza oven and you can expect the likes of Kimchee Tire, Mentaiko Mac & Cheese, Roasted Scallops with Spicy Miso Butter, and Fried Potatoes with Japanese Curry sauce on the opening menu, with regular menu updates announced via social media and the website.
As ever there will be a ‘no reservations' policy (no surprises there), with the bar downstairs acting as a waiting area. Bone Daddies aficionados will be happy to hear the Frozen Yuzu Margarita will feature on the drinks menu alongside a selection of bottled cocktails, such as Sake Cherry Gimlet, Japanese beers and soft drinks.
Opening this month.  14a Old Compton Street, Soho W1D 4TJ.
