Campari is inviting cocktail lovers to ‘#RediscoverRed' as they present  The Negroni Bar, a celebration of the iconic serve.  The venue will feature the largest selection of Negroni's in the world, inviting guests to choose from over thirty different combinations and flavours. From the Carpe Diem Negroni made with Cocchi Barolo Chinato fortified wine and Punico Zahare liqueur, to the Tu Vuò Fa' L'Americano with sweet Vermouth and Pale Ale Beer there is something to suit every palate as each variant brings a new twist to the classic cocktail. Brockwell Gala

GALA @ Brockwell, 29 May

GALA, a one-day only festival celebrating independent music, food and drink is coming to Brixton's Brockwell Park on Sunday 29th May. The fete-style festival will see a host of Brixton's most celebrated local restaurants such as Kricket, Made of Dough and the Rum Kitchen set up shop for the day offering unique new dishes. Guests can wash these down with summer-inspired cocktails from the Aperol Spritz Bar or a pint from local London brewers Brixton Brewery. Setting the tone for the event are some heavy-weight DJ's and acts, including Nightmares on Wax and Norman Jay, supported by the likes of Red Light Disco and Gin and Juice. RAW WINE fair @ Truman Brewery, 15-16 May

RAW WINE fair returns to London for a celebration of organic and biodynamic wine with over 200 growers bringing over 1000 wines to the Old Truman Brewery on Brick Lane.  Highlights of the event including the opportunity to bottle your own wine straight from the barrel - a first for any wine show. To match the exquisite wines, there will also be plenty of quality food stalls with Nuno Mendes' Taverna do Mercado, Hackney's Raw Duck, Soho's Antidote and Forest Gate's Corner Kitchen joining the show. ‘A Great Indian Culinary Journey' at Shangri-La Hotel, The Shard. 27-28 May

Fans of Indian food take note - Shangri-La Hotel at The Shard is playing host to a truly memorable evening of food and culture. The hotel has invited Chefs Neeraj Tyagi and Lakhbir Singh - from Shangri-La Hotel New Delhi and Shangri-La Hotel Bengaluru respectively - to create an authentic menu that fuses the fragrant, hot spices of the South with the Mughal influenced, quintessential style of the North.  The evening will be completed with with sitar players and Indian inspired floral displays as the sun sets over the sights of London below. Pickett, Tish & Tanaka present: The Fitzrovia Collective

Three of London's most celebrated chefs, three unique dinners, three stylish settings, all in one neighbourhood hotspot – Allan Pickett of Piquet, Ben Tish of Salt Yard and Jun Tanaka of The Ninth present The Fitzrovia Collective. The chefs have come together to host a series of collaborative dinners featuring their individual styles – from the French-Mediterranean flair of Tanaka; and Pickett's classic French techniques; to the trademark Spanish and Italian style of Tish.  £50 for a 6 course meal.
