In the mood to treat yourself to some fancy French fancies? You're in luck, as Cuisson have teamed up Laurent-Perrier to bring a one-of-a-kind pop-up afternoon tea to Burlington Arcade.

Luxury bespoke dining company Cuisson have created a dazzling gastronomic interpretation on afternoon tea by turning this classic British custom on its head at their latest pop-up, which is on offer until Friday 26th June at the beautiful Burlington Arcade. Combining cutting edge contemporary food with a unique historical setting, pastry chef Hideko Kawa (previously at The Fat Duck) has been enlisted combining cutting edge contemporary food with this unique historical setting. Before developing desserts across Heston Blumenthal outlets as Head pastry chef at The Fat Duck, Hideko trained at Le Cordon Bleu cookery school, beginning her career at Restaurant Gordon Ramsay before moving to The Connaught to hone her pastry skills under Helene Darroze. But afternoon tea isn't quite the same without a glass or three of bubbles, so Cuisson pop-up afternoon tea menu will be paired with the iconic Laurent-Perrier Cuvée Rosé, which is perfect for the spring months with its fresh, red berry flavours and hint of cheeky decadence.
