Croft Kitchen is a pop up restaurant and bar taking place Thursday to Sunday evenings inside popular local coffee house, Vagabond. Guests are seated in a friendly, communal dining space while enjoying a seven course micro-seasonal British menu. Who.../ Created by head chef Phil Walthar. Walther brings with him a wealth of experience having worked in some of the most prestigious kitchens in the world including Mugaritz in Spain and Ryugin in Tokyo. Menu.../ The menu features seasonal English ingredients fused with international influences. Example dishes include: Golden beetroot, peaches, sorrel, nasturtium; Baby carrots, crab, samphire, buttermilk; Seared beef, bulls blood, radish, malt; and for dessert, Chocolate, hay cream, grains. When and Where.../ Croft Kitchen's seven course set menu is priced at £30 per person, excluding drinks. The evening starts at 7pm in the bar, with dinner being served at 7.30pm, Thursday to Sunday every week. There are 35 places per night.
