Head Chef Alix Caiger and her team have collaborated with Borough Market to create the ultimate foodie pop-up - 6 Southwark Street by Caiger & Co.
6 Southwark Street comprises of a tapas style bar alongside a festive supper club restaurant.
The Upstairs menu offers a selection of ‘Market Place' salad bowls such as Honey parsnip, chestnut, raisins and parsley with Brindisa's morcilla, or Roast cauliflower fritters with winter slaw and saffron cream. Larder Boards are also available and show off the very best produce that Borough has to offer alongside open sandwiches with favourites like Smoked duck & celeriac remoulade on rye.
The supper club is hosted in the cellar in a sharing style, with the variety of dishes including Beetroot and London gin cured gravlax and Confit rabbit with pickled vegetables and aioli.
