WIN: Your recipe on the menu at Iberica, a trip to Casa Marcial in Spain and £300 to spend on dinner!

Authentic Spanish restaurant Iberica has teamed up with humanitarian charity Action Against Hunger for the ultimate foodie competition.

They're offering budding chefs the chance to have their tapas dish served on the menu at Iberica Marylebone, Iberica Farringdon and Iberica Canary Wharf from 15th February - 15th April, with £1 from each winning dish sold going to Action Against Hunger. All you have to do is enter here! The competition closes on December 31st, after which the finalists will be announced on January 5th and invited to a special 1-on-1 session with chef Cesar Garcia to help them perfect their recipes for the restaurant menu. The grand finale will be held at Iberica Canary Wharf on January 19th, judged by the Evening Standard's Andrew Neather, Olive Magazine's Christina Hayes, founder of DiverXO David Munoz and other industry experts. Along with having their dish featured on the menu, the winner will be whisked off to Asturias in Spain to enjoy a celebratory dinner at two Michelin starred Casa Marcial, plus relied £300 to spend in Iberica, AND the chance to record a video for Iberia's Recipe Club. The runner up will also receive £300 to spend at Iberica and a private meal cooked by chef Cesar Garcia. Fame, food and a flight to Spain...what are you waiting for?! Tickets for the finale on January 19th are priced at £35 per person.
