An experienced Operations Manager required for one of the UK's most innovative food & drink companies, with growth at over 250% y-o-y


World of Zing operates Europe's only dedicated bottled cocktail production facility, with clients ranging from Airlines and 5* Hotels to premium retailers and high-street restaurant groups. We also have a rapidly growing condiment division, although this is less of a priority.
You will be responsible for the maintenance and optimisation of the company's supply chain, including manufacturing, packaging and managing supplier relationships. Experience in working for a food production company will be advantageous as we essentially operate in such a manner.

> Solid analytical and financial skills to ensure we operate at optimum profitability
> Rigorous management of policies and procedures, whether food safety, warehouse standards or HR policies
> Comfortable taking full autonomy of the business, working with the owner to deliver consistent growth
> Strong team management skills
> A passion for food & drink

> Will really suit hard working and energetic individual willing to grow and meets challenges

> Overseeing a team of 6-8 as well as our outsourced production partners
> Contribute to the smooth running of the warehouse
> Continuous improvement of production processes and stock control
> Monitor costs during the production process
> Manage the workforce
> Manage the availability, pricing, reporting of products, whilst benchmarking to suppliers
> Manage supplier relationships
> Develop and manage Health & Safety processes
> Establish a HACCP plan
