Having launched from a market stall in October 2014, World of Zing has quickly become recognised as one of the UK's most innovative food & drink businesses.
We already successfully crowdfunded in December 2016, so 2017 was spent rebranding, upgrading facilities and developing a new more focussed range of products.
World of Zing 2.0 launched in September 2017 and the results have been phenomenal. All of the key business objectives have already been achieved within 4months of relaunch including:
> Attracting a major national retailer, with Ocado listing World of Zing's complete range of sauces from 1st February 2018
> Major National Retail Distribution deals, including Cotswold Fayre, the UK’s leading distributor to the independent sector (2000 retailer customer base)
> Attracting a number of major restaurant groups for our pre-made cocktails, including Jamie Oliver Restaurants
> Cocktails for a number of high-profile Hotels, including the Bloomsbury Hotel
> Export deals upcoming for sauces and cocktails, including the Nordics and Singapore
> Huge national brand exposure on Channel 4, BBC News and more, with World of Zing Founder Pritesh Mody becoming renowned as one of the UK's leading flavour experts.

World of Zing is already comfortably on course to double its turnover to £1m in 2018. HOWEVER, with the momentum generated, we have the opportunity to achieve even more, so we have accelerated our plans for our second round of investment.
Details are in the process of being finalised, but we are looking to raise in the region of £350,000 in exchange for 7.5% equity in the business. This investment is largely earmarked for marketing & sales activity to continue to turn our huge brand awareness into sales.
