Gordon's Singapore Sling

Singapore Sling A South East Asian cocktail that originated around 1915 at the Long Bar in the Raffles Hotel Singapore. Although many different recipes for the drink exist, they all include a combination of gin, a cherry liqueur, Benedictine and grenadine. INGREDIENTS
  • 25ml Gordon's® London Dry Gin
  • 25ml Cherry Brandy
  • 5ml Benedictine
  • 25ml Lemon Juice
  • 10ml Grenadine
METHOD
  1. Add Gordon's London Dry Gin, cherry brandy, Benedictine, lemon juice and grenadine to a cocktail shaker.
  2. Shake the mixture vigorously until the surface of the cocktail shaker feels chilled.
  3. Using a cocktail strainer, strain into a tall glass.
