London's favourite boulangerie-cafe chain are finally revealing the secrets of their baking wizardry through a series of baking classes this autumn. Run by Head Pastry Chef Didier, the classes are 2 hours long and include a tartine platter, two organic beverages, and your own organic treats to eat in or take away. Currently on the schedule are: October 15: Chocolate Tart & Organic Chocolate Brioche It's all about decadence when it comes to the chocolate tart and chocolate brioche. Learn to make creamy ganache and fresh raspberry tarts, and a traditional brioche with a chocolaty twist. November 5 : Organic Brioche & Quinoa Spelt Scone The classic French buttery Brioche is balanced with a little less tradition, as you learn the secrets to making LPQ's signature Spelt & Quinoa Scone. November 19: The Traditional Scone & Savarin Cake Learn to make their most popular bakery item, the giant scone, perfectly paired with fresh cream and organic jams. Then onto a French classic, Savarin, a moist cake with rum, syrup and fresh cream.
