So it turns out tequila isn't just for late-night shots and next day regrets.

1800 Coconut Tequila are bringing sophistication to the spirit with this indulgent 100% Agave booze from Jalisco, Mexico. Made using triple-distilled 1800 Silver Tequila infused with natural coconut flavourings, this sweet and smooth spirit is great in mixed drinks and on its own.  Put the gin back on the shelf, and knock up one of these cocktails instead.

Coconut Margarita

Ingredients:
50ml 1800 Coconut 15ml Agave Syrup or Triple Sec 20ml fresh lime juice Desiccated coconut 
Method:
Wet the rim of a rocks or cocktail glass with lime juice and dip in desiccate coconut.
Shake & strain all the ingredients and pour into the glass. Voilà!

The Heat

 Ingredients:
 50mls of 1800 Coconut Tequila
50mls pineapple juice 20 mls lime juice Sliced Jalepeño pepper 

Method:

Combine ingredients in a shaker and strain into a tall glass filled with ice. Serve with the sliced jalepeño pepper and a lime wedge.

Ingredients: 1 part 1800 Coconu 1 part pineapple juice Lime wedge
Method:
Combine ingredients in a shaker and strain into a rocks glass filled with ice, and serve with a lime wedge.
