White Men Can't Jerk launch residency at The Star of Bethnal Green

It's getting hot in here...probably all the Jerk Chicken.
Following a whirlwind year with residencies at The Victoria Mile End, Turntables, and Dalston Roof Park, cheeky Caribbean pop-up party and street food vendor White Men Can't Jerk are back bringing sunshine and good vibes to East London, this time at the Star of Bethnal Green with a Tropical Takeover lasting until the end of May.
From Monday to Saturday every week, they'll be serving up jerkified treats such as jerk pork rolls with homemade piccalilli, curried mutton Shepherd's pie with sweet potato mash, salt fish fritters and Red Stripe poached fried chicken wings from The Star of Bethnal Green. They're even looking out for herbivores with jerk bean burgers, jerk halloumi and a moreish Tobago casserole.
To mark the launch of the White Men Can't Jerk Tropical Takeover, on the Thursday 26th of February the boys are throwing their official launch party with an evening of giveaways, goodies and great DJs playing funk, soul, rare groove and disco. Entry is free, as always.
