Ex Petersham Nurseries Michelin starred celebrity head chef Greg Malouf is coming to The Imperial Kings Rd to do a summer residency from 11th – 13th August for what promises to be unmissable experience!
Who.../ In case you hadn't noticed, Middle Eastern food is pretty darn hot at the moment and Greg is one of the country's top guys in this culinary arena. He's most recent high profile gig was as Head Chef of Petersham Nurseries in 2012 where he was awarded a Michelin star for his efforts. Menu.../During his residency at The Imperial he will be serving a one off menu created with unmistakable middle eastern design in line with the Imperial's passion for sustainability. Signature dishes will include Stuffed Kousa & vine leaves in hot yoghurt sauce, Roasted giant gulf prawns with green chermoula and Pavlova, lemon posset, black figs & pinenut praline.
