ETHOS specialises in meat-free dishes from around the world that are designed to appeal to carnivores and vegetarians alike. Open from breakfast through till dinner, the eclectic array of dishes include Japanese miso-roasted aubergine (dengaku nasu); an Indian inspired spiced scotch egg; and a variety of suitably indulgent desserts.
