Jose Cuervo have transformed a rather clinical rooftop into a little slice of Mexico with brightly coloured tents, lanterns and a selection of strong cocktails. A few frozen margaritas and some pulled-pork-and-pineapple fajitas later, and we had almost forgotten that it was pouring with rain. The view over the Gherkin and Tower Bridge is pretty spectacular too – we'll certainly be going back at least once this summer.
