#WorldofWings at Old Bengal Bar

Old Bengal Bar collaborates with World of Zing, combining 450 years of spice heritage, to launch a new #WorldofWings menu!

Housed in a former spice house, Old Bengal Bar, will retrace its roots by collaborating with one of London's oldest spice merchants, World of Zing, to launch an internationally-inspired chicken wings menu. A celebration of spices from around the globe, the #WorldofWings menu will be a celebration of London; a melting pot of cultures.

The partnership sees Old Bengal Bar using an array of bespoke spice blends, created by World of Zing's flavour guru, Pritesh Mody, to form a menu of internationally inspired chicken wings. The menu of flavours will rotate regularly, launching with all-American Sweet & Smoky BBQ, Indonesian Satay and Indian Kashmiri Masala wings.

Adding to the experience, Bar Manager, James Ray Charles Davies, will be mixing up three innovative cocktails to pair with the wings. Guests can balance the fiery chili of the Kashmiri Masala wings with a sweet and refreshing East India G&T, made by mixing Tanqueray 10 gin with homemade tonic syrup, infused with dandelion and burdock, or add a little heat to the Sweet & Smoky BBQ wings with The Bengali Mexican, which combines Herradura tequila, grapefruit, Cointreau and chili. To cool the heat of the Indonesian Satay wings, is Bloody Delicious, an infusion of Bengali Rangpur lime Tanqueray gin, blood orange liqueur, fresh cherries with an elderflower tonic top. Guests can also opt for a bucket of 5 Peroni for £20 or a bucket of 5 craft beers for £25.
