Passionate about Peruvian food and culture, Harry spent time travelling across Peru, developing and refining the concept for his restaurant before finally taking the plunge. On the menu…/ With influences ranging from Spain to Japan, Señor Ceviche's menu showcases the diverse array flavours that Peruvian cuisine has become famous for.  Dishes are served in typical sharing style, with highlights including Quinoa croquettas, Chifa chicharrones (Slow cooked crispy pork belly with sweet soy sauce) and an array of barbecued dishes including Super pollo (Marinated & grilled chicken thigh with aji rocotto and piquillo pepper salsa) and Nikkei pulpo (Kombu grilled octopus with Nikkei chimichurri & sweet potato causa).  Don't forget the ceviche either, with fresh and zingy options including the Señor Ceviche (Sea bream and octopus ceviche with aji amarillo tiger's milk, sweet potato puree, avocado, coriander, red onion & crispy baby squid) and Mr MiyagI (Salmon tiradito with Nikkei tiger's milk, pomegranate, purple shiso & salmon scratchings).
