Is your online payment system safe and secure?

Our entire online payment system is secured and managed by WorldPay and it really doesn’t get more secure than that.  We don’t store or even have access to any of the credit card details that you input.

How do I know my order had gone through?

Once payment has been processed you will receive an order confirmation email from us.

If you think you have placed an order, but have not received any emails from us, please call or email us to confirm we have received your order. It might be something as simple as an error in entering your email address.

What if my payment isn’t going through?

If you are having problems with your payment than we would recommend either calling your bank to check that they haven’t temporarily blocked it or alternatively try another payment method.

When will I know my order has been shipped?

We send an email confirming shipment towards the end of the day that your parcel leaves our distribution centre. 

Can I track my order?

If you have selected “Tracked Delivery” at checkout, your order will be sent with an express courier service, and you can track your order using the tracking number contained in the shipment confirmation email.

Is my package insured?

Only items sent via Tracked Delivery are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from World of Zing to the shipping address. Once your items have been delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for, they are no longer covered by our insurance.

What can I do if my package has arrived damaged?

Once your items have been delivered to the specified delivery address they are no longer covered by our insurance.  If your package is damaged upon arrival, we recommend that you either refuse the delivery, or make a note when signing for it that you are accepting a damaged package.  Please contact us ZingSales@worldofzing.com
