Shuk Shuk What…/ Mick's Garage – the latest venture by the founders of CRATE brewery – also finds itself home to Shukshuk, bringing Berber & Q's famous Middle-Eastern inspired BBQ to Hackney Wick.  Formerly a mechanics workshop, the warehouse space also features a regular calendar of live DJ's, bands, pop-ups and supper clubs. On the menu…/ Head to the read of the garage to find Shuk Shuk, a hole-in-the-wall shack serving market BBQ by Berber & Q's Josh Katz.  Available straight from the shack's smoker are Maple-glazed Merguez Sausage, low'n'slow Lamb Mechoui and Shukshuk signature, Smoked Chicken Shawarma made from the whole roast bird marinated in sumac, cumin and cinnamon. Mezze will include Middle Eastern Slaw with Tahini, Saffron Potato Salad, Braised Lentils, Swiss Chard & Burnt Ends. All orders will come with pita bread, cumin salt and house sauces of Smoked Garlic Toum, Zhoug & Pomegranate Molasses BBQ.
